Q: An agent of Medical showed up in my office and wanted to speak with me. I left the office to contact you first. What should I do.
ReplyDeleteA: As we have mentioned before, it is not a good idea to speak with agents of Medical Board, Medical, or Medicare without your Lawyer. However, sometimes, these agencies arrive with subpoena or warrant when you may not resist the search. Yet, even at these occasions, you must immediately contact your Lawyer. It is a good idea to consult a Lawyer who knows about field of Medicine
